In November 2025, I started my second internship as a Software Developer at This time, the experience was completely different from my first internship because it involved full on-site office work and direct collaboration with the development team.

This internship gave me the opportunity to work in a professional office environment where expectations were higher and responsibilities were more clearly defined. Being physically present in the office helped me understand how real development teams operate on a daily basis.

Office Work and Team Collaboration

Working on-site exposed me to real-time discussions, quick problem-solving, and continuous interaction with team members. Unlike remote work, office collaboration made communication faster and more effective, especially while understanding requirements and resolving issues.

I observed how developers coordinate with each other, manage deadlines, and align their work with project goals. This helped me understand the importance of teamwork and accountability in software development.

Technical Growth and Responsibility

Compared to my first internship, I was given more responsibility in this role. I was expected to understand tasks independently, write cleaner code, and ensure that my changes did not break existing functionality.
